A basket stretcher featuring a fully internal stainless steel frame combined with a high-density polyethylene plastic shell that protects the patient and provides a smooth bottom surface for sliding. The litter's frame provides an 11.1 kN (2,500-lbf) strength rating, and it is CE Classified and Certified Class 1.

  • Shell attaches to the top rail frame, leaving the second rail for tying in the patient
  • Generous cutouts for carrying the litter
  • Large 7/8 in (22 mm) diameter top rail is comfortable on the hands
  • Closed-cell foam patient pad prevents absorption of fluids and is resistant to the harshest cleaning agents
  • Patented StratLoad Attachment Points for clipping in carabiners inside the frame rails for high-angle evacuations
  • Allows the friction to be adjusted during the descent according to the weight of the rope: the lower bar is removable and easy to put in place
  • Distributes friction and heat to help preserve the rope
  • Does not twist the rope
